At VitaCup, it’s our mission to leave you feeling satisfied. We’re here to help if you have any problems with our products, we’d love to work with you to find the right match.

Our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee* is valid for up to 45-days of the purchase date. Refund processing times may vary and require 5-10 business days depending on your banking institution; credits may not appear on your account right away. You may need to check with your bank or credit card company if you think there has been an error or to ensure the refund is processing. If you continue to have issues after 10 days, please contact us by e-mailing customerservice@vitacup.com. Only one replacement order per customer. Replacement orders and guarantees are for www.vitacup.com or Amazon purchases only. We process product replacements, partial refunds, store credit, and payment refunds at our discretion.

*NOTE: Customer Satisfaction Guarantee-based refunds or replacements are limited to 32 single-serving coffee or tea pods (two 16 count boxes) or less. Larger orders are limited to a refund equal to the full price of 32 single-serving coffee pods. Restrictions apply with Keto Max coffee, Perfect Coffee, and So Good Super Greens, please contact our team at customerservice@vitacup.com for details. Sampler packs are not covered by our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
